You need to be at least 16 to use Vanture Club. If you're under 16, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. By using the site you confirm you meet this.
Some features need a member check-in via a magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and for what happens under your membership. Give us accurate info, and don't impersonate anyone else or borrow a handle that isn't yours.
When you hang out - Chat, Guestbook, and the rest - keep it chill. Don't:
We can remove content or pull your access if you break these rules - no notice required, though we'll try to be reasonable about it.
Stuff you post (messages, guestbook signatures, and the like) stays yours. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display and store it so the features work. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, and keep it clean.
The Vanture Club name, logo, artwork, music curation, code, and the whole retro-desktop look are ours (or our licensors') and protected by intellectual-property law. Enjoy it on the site, but don't copy, resell, or pass it off as your own without permission.
Radio streams and other media may include content licensed from third parties, and the site may link out to places we don't run (our Instagram, partner sites). We're not responsible for third-party content or policies - give theirs a read.
Vanture Club is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it'll always be online, bug-free, or that the tunes never skip. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vanture Club isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Basically: it's a good time, not a guarantee.
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or technical reasons. You can stop using the club whenever you like.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll take reasonable steps to flag changes via the site, and continuing to use it after a change means you accept it. Catch you on the flip side.
